Designing RENT was a delight, as part of my thesis regarded studying the Queer performance art and punk scene collaborating in the Lower East Side through out history. We wanted to recreate as much of the late 80’s early 90’s aesthetic, including archival posters and graffiti. This production felt very true to the original in the most beautiful ways.
